Zindt Chiropractic Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and has thus maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Most insurance policies cover chiropractic care. Our intent is to simplify the insurance billing process. We will gladly verify your benefits and coverage from your insurance company.
We offer affordable rates and flexible payment plans for those with little to no chiropractic insurance coverage. We are happy to work with you and discuss payment arrangements to get you and your family the care you need.
Dr. Sarah Zindt is contracted with several major health insurance carriers as well as many others. Some plans may require pre-authorization.

- Personal Injury Claims/PIP and 3rd party claims will be accepted if the patient has an attorney or will contact one recommended by this office.
Medicare plans may require a referral from your primary care provider. Check with your insurance to see their requirements.

Medicaid or Apple Health plans do not cover chiropractic care for anyone over the age of 18.
